At Tee Artistry, we take pride in our custom-made t-shirts and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
- Custom-made t-shirts are eligible for return or exchange only if they are defective, damaged, or if there was an error on our part.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and if possible, attach a photo of the defect or error.

Non-returnable Items
- Gift Cards
- Customized t-shirts with personal designs that were not defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
- For exchanges, we will send you a replacement t-shirt at no additional cost if your item is defective or damaged.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
